Do you offer a free home visit?

Yes. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation home visit. Our team comes to you, takes precise measurements, discusses your options, and gives you a fixed quote on the spot. There is nothing to pay to get a quote.
How do I book a home visit?

Use the Request Callback form on our homepage, or message us directly on WhatsApp. We'll confirm a time that works for you, usually within a few hours.
Which areas do you serve?

We currently cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. If you're in a different emirate, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
How quickly can you schedule a visit?

In most cases we can schedule a visit within 1–2 business days. During busy periods it may be slightly longer. We'll let you know when we confirm your booking.
Pricing & Payments
Do your prices include installation?
+
Yes. All our prices include the materials, delivery and installation. There are no hidden charges. The number in your estimate is what you pay at the end.
Is VAT included in the prices?
+
VAT (5%) is applied on top of the base price at checkout, in line with UAE regulations. Our Get Estimate tool shows you the VAT-inclusive total before you commit to anything.
Can I use the online estimate tools before the home visit?

Absolutely. That's exactly what they're for. The Wall Panel Designer and Get Estimate tool give you a reliable ballpark figure so you can plan your budget before we visit. The final quote may vary slightly once we measure in person.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, cash, and online payment. A 50% deposit is required to confirm any order and begin production. The remaining balance is due on installation day.
Curtains & Blinds
What types of curtains do you offer?

We offer blackout curtains, sheer curtains, and blackout + sheer combinations (double track). For blinds, we do roller blinds and Roman blinds. All are custom-made to your exact window size. Motorized options are available for all types.
Are your curtains suitable for UAE sunlight?
+
Yes. All our fabrics are UV-treated and fade-resistant. UAE sunlight is intense, and we've specifically chosen materials that maintain their colour and structure for years in local conditions.
How does motorized work?
+
Our motorized curtains and blinds are powered by a discreet battery-operated or wired motor. You control them via a wall switch or a remote. We handle all wiring and programming during installation.
Wall Panels & TV Units
What's the difference between fluted and MDF panels?
+
Fluted panels have the distinctive vertical groove texture. MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard) panels are smooth and flat, often used as a painted back wall. Many customers combine both - for example, fluted panels on the sides with a smooth MDF centre behind the TV.
Can I design my wall panel arrangement before committing?

Yes. That's exactly what our Wall Panel Designer is for. Enter your wall dimensions, choose your arrangement, add shelves and lighting, and see a live estimate. No commitment needed to use the tool.
Do you also install TV consoles and floating shelves?

Yes. We offer floating shelves, box shelves, vertical shelves, TV back panels, TV consoles and cove lighting - all as part of the same wall job. You can add these in the Wall Panel Designer or discuss them during the home visit.
Wallpaper
What's the difference between standard and premium wallpaper?

Standard wallpaper is priced from AED 49.99/sqm and covers a wide range of textures and prints. Premium wallpaper (from AED 59.99/sqm) uses higher-quality materials, more detailed prints, and is more durable - better suited for high-traffic areas or statement walls.
Do you prepare the wall surface before installing wallpaper?

We do not prepare wall surfaces. Any prep work required before installation - filling cracks, sanding, priming - is the customer's responsibility. We recommend ensuring your walls are smooth and clean before our team arrives. This ensures the best result and a smooth installation day.
Installation
How long does installation take?

Curtain and blind installations typically take 2-4 hours for a standard apartment. Wall panel jobs usually take a full day and can extend into a second day depending on the complexity of the design. Wallpaper depends on the area size. We'll give you an accurate timeline after the home visit.
Do I need to be home during installation?

Someone needs to be present at the property when the team arrives and when the job is signed off - it doesn't have to be you personally, but an adult representative must be available. Our team works independently and will let you know when they're done.
How long after the home visit until installation?

Most jobs are installed within 3–5 business days after the quote is approved and deposit confirmed. Wallpaper and wall panels may take slightly longer depending on materials. We'll give you a firm date when you confirm.
After Installation
Is there a warranty on your work?
+
Yes. We stand behind our work. If anything isn't right due to an installation error, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. Please note that our warranty covers defects and workmanship issues - it does not cover change-of-mind replacements or damage caused after handover. Reach out via WhatsApp and we'll sort any genuine issues quickly.
How do I clean my curtains after installation?

We recommend professional dry cleaning for curtains to preserve the fabric and keep them looking their best. Avoid machine washing as it can damage the lining or cause shrinkage. We'll provide specific care instructions for your fabric at the time of installation. For roller blinds, a damp cloth is usually all that's needed.
Can I order replacement curtains if I want a different colour later?

Absolutely. We keep records of your measurements. Get in touch and we can supply and install new fabric panels, often faster than the original job since we already have your details. Note that replacement orders due to a change of mind are not covered under warranty and will be charged at standard rates.
